For WordPress · By Web Champion
Move a whole site without breaking it.
Database, uploads, themes and plugins — pushed up to live or pulled back down to your machine, in one run. The URLs get rewritten on the way, including the serialised ones that usually come out broken.
Why a find and replace is not enough
Moving a site means changing every reference to its address. Run that as an ordinary search and replace across the database and you will break things — because much of what WordPress stores is serialised PHP, where each string is preceded by its own byte length.
Change the text without changing the number and the value no longer parses. The symptom is a blank page builder, a widget that vanished, or theme settings back at their defaults.
What is actually stored
s:21:"https://example.local";
After a plain replace — length now wrong, value unreadable:
s:21:"https://example.com";
After Drover — length recalculated:
s:19:"https://example.com";
What it does
Push and pull, both directions
Send your local build up to live, or bring live back down to work on it. The same connection does both, so there is no separate export step and no file to email around.
Serialised data survives the move
Page builders store their layouts as serialised PHP, where every string records its own length. A plain search and replace corrupts them. Drover rewrites the values and recalculates the lengths, so widgets and builder layouts arrive intact.
You choose what moves
Database, uploads, themes, plugins — tick what you want. Leave the media behind when you only need the content, or send files alone when the database is fine.
Nothing is overwritten blind
Tables are built alongside the live ones and swapped in at the end, so a transfer that fails partway leaves the destination exactly as it was.
Big sites do not time out
Work is done in chunks sized to what the server will actually allow, and picks up where it stopped. A slow host makes it take longer, not fail.
It keeps working if you stop paying
The licence controls updates and support, never the plugin. Nobody should discover their migration tool has locked itself the day they need it most.
Pricing
One licence per site. Looking after a lot of them? That is an agency arrangement, and it is worth a conversation rather than a checkout.

Agency
If you move sites for a living, one key covers as many as your agreement says. You get the same account page, showing every install holding a seat and letting you free one up when a site is retired.
Priced against the number of sites you manage, and invoiced directly rather than through a card.
